Spinay Terms & Conditions — Read in Full

Spinay is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Spinay and the user.

In these Terms, "Spinay", "we", and "platform" refer to Spinay's operating company. "User", "you", and "player" refer to the individual who has registered an account.

• These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bangla version shall take precedence.
• Spinay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

Important account rules:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.

• Spinay reserves the right to launch an immediate investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Verification is processed within 48 hours of document submission.

Deposit Limits:

• Spinay does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.

• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.

To withdraw from Spinay, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

• Daily maximum: ৳2,00,000 (verified accounts)
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering multiplier must be met first
• You typically have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements

• Bonus abuse (e.g., placing opposing bets to clear a bonus without risk) may result in the bonus being voided and your account suspended

Welcome bonus special terms:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: typically 30x the deposit + bonus amount

Spinay's betting rules are designed to ensure fair play. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a bet fails to process due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure and your balance may be forfeited.

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system loopholes
• Cheating in any game or colluding with other players
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users
• Opening or using an account under a false identity

Spinay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If a terms violation is proven
• If discrepancies are found during KYC verification
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Before closing an account, Spinay will notify the user by email or SMS and provide an opportunity to raise objections. However, in cases of serious terms violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be returned.
